Demo!!!
Deftac Gracie Barra Cebu showcases grappling techniques in various venues. The team is going to be presenting various basic and advances Brazilian Jiujitsu techniques in different locations in Cebu the next two months. The gym starts off with a public demo at "The Terraces" at Ayala Center Cebu on February 28, to be followed by one at the annual Citigym Contender event on March 27, and finally a free class to Citigym Members on April 4 with the time to be announced!
